Returns and Refund Policy

If you’ve changed your mind you have the right to return your goods within 14 calendar days from the date they’re delivered to you.

You must notify us of your intention to return any items to us. You can either write to us at Jessica Horton, Sunday Child, 11 Oakwood Court, Oakwood Close, Chandlers Ford, SO53 5NX  or email returns@sundaychild.co.uk with your order reference number and ‘Return’ in the subject line, and the following information as set out below:

We’ll acknowledge receipt of your email within 48 hours.

Once your items have been delivered back to us we’ll send you a full refund including initial delivery costs as soon as possible and within 14 calendar days of the items being received. All items must be returned in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.

If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

Please note that you must bear the full cost of returning any items to us, we recommend using ‘signed for’ mailing services to ensure your return reaches us within the time limit.
